Context

Our users are a mix of business administrators, medical aesthetics providers – including injectors and medspa owners, as well as front desk staff.

Historically, Insights was a simple collection of static reports. Extracting useful information from the reports was entirely up to the practices.

Challenge

Providers are busy. It would require a lot of time, energy, and expertise to extract useful information from these data tables.

Sample User Journey

  1. Download up to 5 reports with patient data.

  2. Deduplicate redundant patient information.

  3. Use advanced filtering in Excel (or other) to try and figure out which patients to contact to rebook.

If we can highlight high-value information in a dashboard that is updated frequently, we can help providers action on their data.
